Private airport with aircraft on beautiful woodsy property near a river
About the Space
This private airport is located on 200+ private acres. On one side of the airport is a woodsy bluff with mature oak trees and trails. Some trails lead to a river landing and some spots there are tree swings. The property is also used as a campground so tents of any sizes may also be set up. There is a large, deep swimming pond with 1 side having a sun deck, another side has a white silica sand beach, and another side with a tiki hut. Stand up paddles board and big, fun inflatable rafts can fit. The airport itself is a flat, grassy landscape. Runway access is ONLY available with permission and property escorts. Photos in front of aircraft are available with prior permission as well (we have 1 Cessna 182, Skyvans, Caravans and Twin Otters that are blue & gray). Inside the main hangar is our VIP Lounge with a cool DC3 vintage backdrop and pool table. There is a flat rate in just using the property for 2 hours. Any aircraft needed, runway access or pond use, tables or chairs, or needing time over 2 hours has additional fees. A waiver must also be signed for any use of the property.

A majority of the property rental is outdoors. Any indoor rentals are detailed in between guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
