Located in the heart of Elysian Heights, Susan Studio offers a unique creative space just steps away from Elysian Park’s scenic hikes, local coffee shops, and eclectic neighborhood spots. This intimate 500-square-foot studio is ideal for solo projects or full-band recordings, with a warm, home-like atmosphere and professional-grade equipment. You’ll have access to all the essentials, including instruments, amps, outboard gear, and more (see the full gear list). The studio features a loft with a queen-sized bed (perfect for overnight stays), a couch for extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom — making it a comfortable space for extended creative sessions. Perfect for Out-of-Town Producers & Writers: Stay on-site and have a dedicated space for all your sessions, whether writing, producing, or recording. The studio can also accommodate other creative or personal needs for ultimate flexibility.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
