The front area offers 1,000 sq. ft. of office space, complete with desks, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge. In the back, you'll find an additional 500 sq. ft. of open space, perfect for studio-style photography or creative projects. The space is cleaned in between guests unless booked by one party for back-to-back days. There may be an additional cleaning fee if rented after hours or on weekends.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
