This fully renovated farmhouse offers a cozy, elegant space for overnight stays or daytime events. With 3 floors, the main floor is perfect for meetings, gatherings, or intimate events. It includes a full kitchen, coffee bar, and spacious living/dining areas with access to the back deck, pool, and hot tub. For overnight guests, the farmhouse accommodates up to 14 people. The top two floors feature bedrooms, additional bathrooms, and laundry. Included with Your Rental • Farm Animal Experience: Meet our friendly goats, alpacas, babydoll sheep, chickens, and turkey! Guests can interact with and take photos with the animals during their stay. • Main Floor Only Access for hourly rentals (includes living room, dining room, kitchen, and back deck) • Full Access for overnight stays (includes all 3 floors) • Pool and Hot Tub for overnight guests • Free Parking on-site

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
