About Hess Media
The studio has an area of 3,500 sq ft and features various and diverse designs. We are the only studio in Vancouver that uses a LED video wall instead of a green wall. Equipment such as a 26 ft crane jib is available in the studio for cinematic and fashion videography. The ceiling height is 22 ft. If you need lighting, don’t worry; a variety of lighting fixtures and fog machines are available.

Please ensure that any movements of equipment or furniture are done carefully to avoid damage to the walls and floors. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
