Renter agrees to leave the premises and all furnitures, props and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Please contact the host for special assistance with moving heavy items prior to booking. If substantial damage is done to floors or props, you will be charged a minimum of $200, depending on the damage. If Renter does not return space to a reasonable condition and cleanliness when Renter arrived, company will charge a cleaning fee of $100. If there are significant damages or missing items, company will charge a fee depending on the case. If cups / kitchenware is used, please rinse in the bathroom sink down the hall. All items brought to the premises by Renter are to be removed by Renter the day of their rental (i.e., Sets, Props, Client Owned Equipment). Any arrangement to leave anything in the studio beyond the day of the client’s rental MUST be agreed to in writing prior to your rental date. We appreciate it if you remove all tape (if used) on the floor prior to leaving the studio.
