Independent studio with control room and treated booth, for your voice recording! Narration, audiobook, auditions, commercials, animation, dubbing... Singing... Sennheiser mk416, ProTools, Scarlett... Screen in booth for video/ script. Mini fridge and microwave, bathroom. Rates Card: $50/hour, 2 hours minimum, for self recording, one guest $75/hour, 2 hours minimum, for two guests (actor and engineer, for example) $140/hour, 2 hours minimum, for one or two guests, recording studio + voice director (I am a seasoned voice director, animation, narration, acting coach... Only for personal projects, auditions, or ultra low budget projects- if you have a professional project with a budget that needs a recording studio+ director+ sound engineer... we can talk!) $180/hour, 2 hours minimum, one or two guests, for recording studio + voice director + sound engineer

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I disinfect the mic and I have protective covers for the headphones. If possible, I ask the guests to bring their headphones if they have any. But I have covers to use mine, if you don't. I disinfect the keyboard and mouse, all locks and doors, and, of course, the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
