This includes a thorough disinfection of high-touch surfaces, cleaning floors, and ensuring all spaces are organized and pristine. We also pay special attention to areas that will be used during your booking, making sure they are in top condition for filming or content creation. During Your Stay We ask that guests maintain cleanliness while using the space. This includes cleaning up any messes made during filming or events and disposing of trash in the provided bins. If you need additional cleaning supplies, please let us know, and we can provide them for your convenience. After Your Departure After each booking, we conduct a post-event cleaning to ensure the space is returned to its original condition, ready for the next guest. This includes checking for any damages and ensuring everything is in place. We believe in providing a space that feels like a sanctuary for creativity and comfort, and a clean environment is key to making that happen. If you have any special cleaning requests or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
