Pre-Rental Cleaning Protocol: Disinfection & Sanitation: • Thoroughly disinfect all styling stations, countertops, and high-touch surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectant • Sanitize all door handles, light switches, and cabinet pulls • Clean and polish all mirrors and glass surfaces • Disinfect salon chairs, focusing on armrests and adjustment levers • Sanitize any shared equipment that will remain accessible Floor Care: • Vacuum/sweep all floors to remove hair and debris • Mop with professional-grade floor cleaner • Spot clean any stains or marks Final Touches: • Empty and clean all trash receptacles • Ensure proper ventilation before guests arrive • Check that all lighting is functioning properly • Arrange furniture in the standard configuration • Provide fresh towels if applicable
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
