City Cove Studios offers a thoughtfully curated space, brimming with personality and warmth, ideal for intimate events and captivating photoshoots. Bathed in natural light from two expansive front windows, softened by airy curtains, the studio radiates a welcoming ambiance. Original wood floors and vibrant, colorful furniture add a playful touch, perfect for creating memorable visuals. Step outside to discover a spacious, fenced patio equipped with convenient plug sockets. Inside, a generously sized bathroom serves as an ideal dressing room, complete with outlets and a clothing rack. Guests are also invited to enjoy our complimentary espresso machine with coffee pods and bottled water. High-speed Wi-Fi is included with every booking, and for added versatility, an empty basement studio featuring exposed brick is available.

The studio undergoes regular cleaning. A professional cleaning service maintains the space five nights per week. In addition, each morning, I perform a courtesy clean, which includes wiping down surfaces and replenishing supplies before client rentals
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
