About the Space

Located in Frogtown on the border of Glendale and Los Angeles, conveniently next to Cinelease. The studio has a 14’ D x 20’ W x 12’ H cyclorama wall. Perfect for photo shoots. Location is not sound proof and we do have neighbors. If you are looking to do a videoshoot that is sound sensitive, we recommend reserving the space Sunday/ Saturdays after 2pm/ or after 7pm on weekdays. There is a restroom onsite. Large roll up doors to access studio for easy loading. No smoking allowed in the studio. Outside catering is allowed. Guests must clean up after themselves and leave the location as original.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
