About the Space
The house is located on a quiet street, cul-de-sac. It has a deck with hot tub, gas fire pit, pizza oven and gas grill. On the first floor there's a kitchen, a small dining table with chairs, adobe fire place with chairs in front of it and an alcove day bed. Also a powder room. On the 2nd floor is the bedroom with a nice size shower, an office area with desk and chair and a lounge area with sofa. There's also a window seat overlooking the creek. The basement has a TV, juke box, air hockey, sofa and full bathroom. Outside there's also a sauna overlooking the creek.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
