Our home is nestled in a quiet community less than a mile from the interstate. There is a convenient store within 2 miles and all other area are less tan 10 minutes away. The covered patio provides comfortable and shade for guests while the cooking station is perfect for creating a serving station. The yard is the perfect space for baby showers, birthday parties, surprises, and more. If you plan to swim in the gated pool or use the grass area, your guests will enjoy the comfort and security our cozy property offers.

This outdoor area is treated for insects quarterly, surface areas are wiped down after esch event, and the events are spaced at least two hours apart for complete ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
