This versatile studio space is ideal for Boudoir, Headshots, Portraits, and Branding shoots. Located in a historic building in the heart of Downtown Dallas, the studio offers six distinct sets to choose from, providing endless creative possibilities. Spanning 4,000 square feet, the space is flooded with natural light and features tall ceilings, expansive windows, a canopy bed, designer furniture, two vanities with Hollywood lighting, a dedicated changing area, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, and twelve stunning chandeliers, among other amenities. Parking is conveniently available in a private, gated lot with over 75 spaces, and the studio is located directly inside the front entrance on the first floor, ensuring easy access and hassle-free equipment move-ins with no stairs. The main room, known as the "Golden Elegance" room, covers approximately 2,500 square feet and boasts large windows that bathe the space in light. A row of elegant chandeliers adds a sophisticated touch, creating the perfect backdrop for your photoshoot. This room is also well-suited for intimate events such as small elopement weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, and other gatherings. For pricing details on hosting an event, please contact us. Additional spaces within the studio include the Dark Gothic area, featuring a striking black canopy bed and dark walls, an Art Deco area adorned with bold, playful wallpaper, and the Emerald Goddess room, which showcases beautiful emerald-green walls, brown leather chairs, a couch, and a fireplace mantle — perfect for headshots. Finally, the Serenity room offers a tranquil atmosphere, complete with lush plants, a non-functional clawfoot tub, large windows, and a boho swing chair. This dynamic space is designed to accommodate a wide range of creative and event needs.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
