Host your next event at our beautiful modern venue, located in the heart of Carmel.  Whether you are hosting a intimate gathering, birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, corporate event, or a grand celebration, our flexible and affordable packages are designed to meet your needs while staying within your budget. Weekday timeslots: Flexible Weekend timeslots: Morning slot: 9:30am to 3:30pm Evening slot: 4:30pm to midnight Custom time slots available for bookings > 7 hours What Your Venue Access Time Includes: -First one and half hour is reserved for table setup and decorating (either by client or venue depending on the pricing package you choose) -Guest arrival and celebration -Last half hour is reserved for Cleanup and exit If you feel extra setup time would help, optional extended hours may be added based on availability. $180/hr We offer two packages - Essential Venue Package –Includes private venue rental, tables, chairs, AV system, Wi-Fi, and professional cleaning. Client is responsible for table and decor setup and teardown, food and trash removal. Damage Deposit: $150 (refundable after event) PARTY ready Venue Package – Includes private venue rental, tables, chairs setup, table linens, AV system, Wi-Fi, and professional cleaning. Client is responsible for food and trash removal, decor if any. Damage Deposit: $150 (refundable after event) Food and Nonalcoholic Beverages: Bring your own. Alcohol policy: Venue do not hold liquor permit. Beer and wine permit: Please submit permit and bartender license for venue management approval to BYOB. A licensed bartender is required to serve beer and wine. Hard liquor: Client is not allowed to bring hard liquor to venue. Hire bar service with three way license. To reserve your date, simply confirm the package you need, we will send custom offer with package price including damage deposit, accept the offer to reserve the date. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
