Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: ✅ Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: All high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, tables, and light switches, are disinfected before each event. ✅ Bathroom Maintenance: Bathrooms are stocked with fresh supplies and sanitized to maintain a spotless and hygienic environment. ✅ Kitchen & Bar Areas: If used, kitchen and bar areas are wiped down and sanitized to ensure a clean food and drink preparation space. ✅ Floor Care: Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped, keeping the space fresh and inviting. ✅ Outdoor Area Cleaning: The backyard, driveway, and other outdoor spaces are checked for debris and kept tidy for your event. ✅ Trash Removal: All trash from your event is collected and disposed of properly. Guests are encouraged to use provided trash bins and recycling options where available. We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space so you can focus on enjoying your event without worry!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
