High-touch surfaces such as lounge furniture, outdoor kitchen appliances, and poolside amenities are sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectants. We ensure the pool and spa are professionally serviced regularly, and all outdoor areas—including the Wellness Cube and shower—are kept spotless and photo-ready. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all productions and creative sessions. If you have any specific cleaning requirements for your shoot, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
