You have access to the horse barn and facilities, including a beautiful Tennessee walker named Copper and a small sweet burro named Hook. If you need a horse or donkey as background, there is no fee. If you want talent to ride, there will be a fee and it will include a wrangler. On the west side of the land, you have access to an airplane hangar with a single engine Cessna and a 1200 foot grass runway. If you want the plane in the background, there is no fee. If you want the plane to move and be featured, there will be a fee and it can include a pilot. There is electricity in the barn and hangar but no wifi. There is also a creek that runs through the property. Other facilities include a 5 car garage/ workspace. We have ample parking and the road from the 5 freeway to our location is very well kept and easy to drive on, with no steep curves or cliffs. Dirt and gravel driveway. It can snow in the winter. We are 1.5 hours from Hollywood.
