About the Space
The space is a fully renovated 1920's historic home with lots of natural light and big windows. The apartment is a duplex with 4 bedrooms upstairs and one full bathroom. Downstairs there is a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen. The only space in the home that is unfinished is the basement which serves as a storage area and a space for laundry.

We ask that guests dispose of trash and recycling upon leaving the house. There is a trash bin out behind the house by the porch. We ask that guests disclose ahead of time if there will be any makeup or paint that would be used for a set to ensure furniture and bedding is not stained or damaged. Lock all doors and windows upon exit.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
