    About the Space

Discover the perfect mix of historic charm and modern luxury at this Victorian mansion on Summit Avenue. Built in 1894, this stunning home features a brand-new spa with a steam shower and soaking tub, four bedrooms, four baths, and a gourmet kitchen. Gather everyone for movie nights on a plush “Cloud” couch in front of the 10-foot TV screen. Intricate woodwork, fireplaces, and a prime location near shops and dining make this the ultimate space for small to medium-sized gatherings and special events. Tons of space indoors and on the grounds make it a unique venue for photo shoots, writing retreats and corporate off-sites.
