Ever want to recreate that “feeling of home” with your events? Here’s your chance. We have 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that can host up to 50 guests with a seamless indoor–outdoor experience. The space includes a fully functional kitchen, garage, yoga studio, backyard, and both front and rear garden areas. For example, in the yoga studio, we can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests by opening the garage doors allowing guests to move freely between the indoor space and the backyard. Whether you’re looking to add a new twist to a corporate retreat or host an intimate wedding, take a look and here’s to your next memorable event.

Thorough Cleaning Between Guests: Our professional cleaning team conducts a comprehensive cleaning of the entire property between each guest stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. High-touch Surface Disinfection: We pay special attention to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and countertops. These surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of germs and viruses. Quality Cleaning Products: We use EPA-approved disinfectants and cleaning products that are effective against a wide range of germs and pathogens. Our cleaning supplies are carefully selected to ensure both cleanliness and guest safety. Fresh Linens and Towels: All linens, including bedding and towels, are laundered with high-temperature washing and drying cycles between each guest stay. We provide freshly laundered linens to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment. Ventilation and Air Quality: We promote good indoor air quality by ventilating the property between guests and ensuring adequate airflow throughout the space. This helps to reduce the concentration of airborne particles and maintain a fresh atmosphere. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
