About the Space
The cultural center is an intimate mixed-used space with a LED video-wall, comprehensive PA system, stage, and 100-seat capacity. The 3,000-sq. ft. venue will be perfect for commercial film shoots, parties, speeches, press conferences, and small productions of performances and shows.
Professional staff will be available to assist in the facilitation and production of the event, depending on the request.

Cleaning supplies are available upon request; the space is cleaned on a weekly basis (most frequently on Wednesdays) or after each event, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
