This serene, sunlit ground-floor studio offers a peaceful and versatile space for a variety of gatherings. Ideal for movement classes, creative workshops, small group events, wellness sessions, or community circles, the space is designed to support connection, creativity, and calm. The open studio layout features beautiful natural light throughout the day, neutral decor, and a clean, minimalist aesthetic that easily adapts to your needs. Guests are welcome to bring in their own props, decor, or seating to customize the space for their event. The Space Includes: Open floor plan with wood flooring Large front windows with abundant natural light Restroom within the space Easy ground-floor entry from the street Please note: Once inside, there are three steps down into the main studio space. The restroom is accessed via 1-2 steps up from the studio floor. This space works beautifully for yoga, meditation, small group classes, creative workshops, photoshoots, wellness appointments, or intimate gatherings that center connection and care. Please note there is seating for 25+ but not all are chairs. Available with this rental: 19 folding chairs a minimum of 2 stools 6 floor seats 8 floor sound sitting cushions three 6 foot folding tables For yoga, and other mat-based classes & sessions, max capacity is 14 or 15 Mats, blocks, blankets and other yoga class equipment is not included in the rental but may be added on for an additional fee

Cleaning Protocol: We clean and reset the studio before each booking to ensure a fresh, welcoming space. Guests are kindly asked to leave the space as they found it — this includes removing all personal items, disposing of trash, and returning any furniture or props to their original place. Thank you for helping us keep the studio clean, cared for, and ready for the next guest!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
