About the Space
This space works best for small to medium sized groups (think 30 to 50) however it can accommodate more or less. There are steps at the entrance and down to the Mr. Darcy's room (a semi-private area within Cottontail) - as well as a ramp. There is a small platform that has been used for square dancing, line dancing, disco dance parties, and open mic events. The space itself is eclectic in decor featuring beautiful stained-glass skylights with a full bar. Cottontail lends itself very well to fun, informal gatherings with friends, family, and coworkers.

We take our cleaning seriously. We have an excellent, full-time janitor that cleans all of our spaces on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
