The backyard unfolds into a serene, multi-level retreat complete with a pool, spa, elevated wood deck, and a covered patio lounge area—perfect for interviews, lifestyle content, or relaxing between takes. Whether you're shooting a commercial, hosting a team offsite, or planning a wellness event, each outdoor zone offers versatile vignettes and natural light throughout the day. The lush greenery, mature trees, and hillside setting provide built-in production value and privacy. We take pride in offering a clean, well-maintained outdoor space for every booking. The entire outdoor area—including the patio, pool deck, lounge furniture, and bathroom—is cleaned and sanitized before each reservation. Outdoor surfaces are wiped down prior to each booking. The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained and cleaned weekly. The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest’s arrival. High-touch surfaces (like door handles, faucet handles, and light switches) are sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in the condition they found it and dispose of any trash at the end of the booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
