Welcome to the perfect home for a family getaway! A spacious 4bd 3br home, w/a private pool located at the backside. This home is just minutes from all of Orlando’s main attractions, parks, shops, dining, & more! Located inside of the luxurious Paradise Palms Resort, free access to the community pool area placed behind the clubhouse where you can find a fitness center, movie theater, bar & grill, and an arcade. If you are looking for a stay that’s better than paradise, look no further!Before your reservation, a few important things to note: 1. Pool heating must be requested 48 hours prior to the start time of reservation and is a $30 per night fee. 2. There is a maximum of 1 pet allowed, for an additional $50 per stay. If more pets are required, please reach out to me 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation. 3. You are able to request early check in and/or late check out for an additional $25 per hour fee each way if It’s available during the time of your stay. 4. No parties or large gatherings allowed 5.
