About the Space
We offer our event area for rent, that can be used for paint parties, networking events, rehearsals, photo shoots, dance & theatre , podcasts, and anything needing an artistic environment. There is no kitchen, and cleaning fee is for us taking out trash that guests are expected to bag. Holiday rates are higher than normal days.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We expect renters to allot time to set up and clean after. Our cleaning fee is for taking out trash. We only take out the trash, and clean chairs/tables at the end of your booking, if you want to hire a cleaner we know plenty.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
