Whether you're planning a micro-wedding, birthday, baby shower, garden party, corporate gathering, workshop, or private event, our venue offers a cozy atmosphere filled with natural daylight and charm. Make your next event unforgettable in a space designed to inspire and delight! Nestled at Montrose & Hamlin, The Jade Vine has been open since 2021 and is accessible by public transit. The Montrose bus will drop off/pick up right in front of our neighborhood shop! The Irving Park Blue Line station and Metra stop are just a 20 minute walk. Our space is beautifully laid out with eco-friendly retail in the front, floral design studio in the middle, and a restroom in the back. There is a small refrigerator and microwave for party hosting needs! The back door and the bathroom door both have coat racks to hang personal belongings. Available for use are two 6ft folding tables, two 6ft benches, two 2x4 tables, 12 counter-height stools, and two 8ft wood work tables. The Irving Park / Albany Park neighborhoods are hidden gems for exploring before or after any event. We look forward to hosting you!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
