We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. After each event, our venue undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process using professional-grade products. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, restrooms, tables, and chairs are disinfected thoroughly, and all floors are swept and mopped. Restrooms are stocked with soap, paper towels, and regularly checked for cleanliness. For your peace of mind, we also offer optional same-day touch-up cleaning before your event begins. If you have any special cleaning requests, we’re happy to accommodate when possible. Your health and safety are our priority—rest assured you’ll be walking into a fresh, clean space every time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
