Our lounge, located in Wynwood Miami, is perfect for small or large gatherings, social events, celebrations, and more. Spacious and versatile, it can accommodate groups of up to 300 people. Included in Your Booking: - Two flat-screen TVs - Kitchenette with sink, mini refrigerator and large refrigerator in storage room - Ping pong tables - Wi-Fi and data ports - High-top tables and chairs - Parking lot access for up to 13 vehicles at no extra cost – versatile enough to use for your event if needed What’s Permitted: - Pets - Amplified music, including DJs and karaoke - Parties and events of any type - Lasers and other lighting effects - Excess noise at any time - Smoking outdoors in the backyard or parking lot - Furniture can be moved upon request to suit your event layout Food & Beverage: - Guests may bring their own food and drinks - Alcohol is permitted - No food services are provided onsite - Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space

We prioritize cleanliness and guest safety at all times. Our professional cleaning team visits the studio weekly to thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of the space, including: Sweeping, mopping, and dusting all areas Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, equipment, etc.) Keeping the podcast room, bathrooms, common areas, and backyard clean and well-maintained Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and entryways To help protect our guests and team, we also follow these additional precautions: Disinfectants used meet EPA-approved standards for use against COVID-19 Hand sanitizer is available on-site High-touch areas are disinfected between bookings Staff wears masks and gloves during cleaning Guests are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear masks if gathering in groups indoors Your health and peace of mind matter to us. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
