Hi there! This has a stunning view great for filming vertical dramas, short films, photo shoots, with several unique setups (pictured). Feel free to use the ring lights and light stands. Small refrigerator. Female wardrobe including gowns (shoes not incl) available for a fee. Subway Sandwiches and Hong Kong Express are in the first floor of the building. There’s a McDonald’s directly across the street that offers paid parking. Street Metered parking 4 hours for $2. There are well maintained men and women’s restrooms on the floor. Keys given at time of rental. You can use the dishes available in the loft for props etc. Ready for some fun?

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
