History of the space Neighborhood details Logistics This loft was acquired by us and fully renovated and designed by us to represent our firm to it's core. It's such a special space that we typically only occupy during standard Monday - Friday work hours and would love to share it with the city! Nestled in iconic Mount Pleasant, we are near transit and many convenient amenities Our loft can host film + photo shoots, small events including birthdays + dinners, work related meetings or celebrations ...... etc The space has two floors, bottom floor has a more open flex space that can be rearranged to suit your event. It also has a boardroom with pocket doors to divide the space. This area could be used for private meetings, or staging. We have a kitchen that includes: Full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, induction oven, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle + miscellaneous kitchen accessories. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
