We are an easy 15 minute straight shot from Boston Logan Airport. A beautiful mix of old and new, our space works well for photo shoots of all kinds. Big windows and lots of natural light on all floors. Original artwork, plants, musical instruments, vintage stereo equipment, records, and furnishings can be used. Furniture and art can be moved. Large bright kitchen with a second refrigerator and 2 smalll chest freezers in the basement are ideal for food shoots and catering. This space also works well for meetings, retreats and entertaining. 1st Floor - all hardwood floors, music room, living room with working fireplace, large great room (kitchen, dining, family room) with gas fireplace and large screen TV that can be hidden with cabinetry, 3/4 bathroom, 2 staircases to 2nd floor at either end of the house, access to small deck and grill and back/side yard with pea gravel patio, outdoor furniture and umbrella, raised bed gardens 2nd Floor - all hardwood floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry 3rd Floor- Large bright bedroom, 1/2 bath, office, dressing room, slanted ceilings, white painted wood flooring Basement - open room good for staging with a second refrigerator, 2 freezers and bulkhead access

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
