About the Space
The main hall is a great space to host your next meeting or workshop! Tables and chairs are available as part of the hire package. Ideal for a range of events, our facilities include a large main hall which has plenty of natural lighting, a projector and PA system. The centre also boasts of modern kitchen facilities, access to fast reliable internet and access to beautiful green surroundings – right next to Southern Park and opposite a playground. 2 additional meeting and event spaces (available for hire alongside the main hall at an additional cost, subject to availbility) Fully fitted kitchen Wi-Fi Projector PA system Air conditioning Mobility access Natural lighting Toilets (Mobility Accessible) On-site staff A minimum of 4 hours is required for bookings on weekends. Deposit: A £200 deposit is required to secure this venue. Please note that this is taken separately to the Peerspace payment and all payment must be made in advance. Kitchen is available for hire alongside the room (subject to availability) - £100 security deposit. £48 weekdays (£52 weekends) - £25 cleaning (£30 cleaning fee on weekends)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
