Welcome to our daylight studio, located in a beautifully preserved historic Art Deco building. This warm, creative space features expansive natural light from oversized windows that nearly wrap around the front of the room—perfect for photography, video, and content creation. The studio is styled with rich green velvet floor-length curtains, two plush armchairs, and versatile flooring with removable wooden planks over carpet, allowing for flexible shooting surfaces. Ground-floor access makes it easy to load in equipment, and the space is designed to feel both inspiring and accessible. Available equipment rentals include: – Podcast microphones – Sound recorder – C-stands – Backdrops Whether you're shooting portraits, recording a podcast, or hosting a small creative session, this space blends vintage charm with modern functionality.

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every guest. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, seating, equipment, and light switches are sanitized regularly. Floors are vacuumed and any shared equipment is wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray are available on-site for guest use. We kindly ask guests to leave the space as they found it and dispose of any trash in the designated bins.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
