About the Space
Welcome to our dreamy home! Just under Griffith park in the heart of Los Feliz, we invite you to step into the 1920s in all its old Hollywood glamour. Our apartment was envisioned by Max Maltzman in the height of LA's Spanish Colonial revival. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom has been deeply cared for and maintains all original mouldings, stained glass skylights, and a breathtaking living room space with high-ceiling archways that have been hand-crafted with art. Our bathrooms and kitchen maintain their original tiling in a brilliant blue, yellow, and purples. And yes we have a vintage stove! And a fireplace! And two balconies! And so much more! We have lovingly hosted many friends for photo shoots and short films shoots, and are excited to welcome more artists to come and play on Peerspace. Please reachout if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
