Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Protocol:
We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking using professional-grade, non-toxic products. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, chairs, massage equipment, and tables are sanitized before every guest arrives.
Fresh linens are provided for any massage or bodywork bookings and laundered after each use. Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and air is refreshed between sessions using a HEPA air purifier and aromatherapy diffuser for a clean, relaxing environment.
We kindly ask all guests to leave the space tidy and dispose of trash in the provided bins to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the studio for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
