NRBVisions Studio – Daily & Weekly Cleaning Procedures DAILY CLEANING CHECKLIST To be completed at the beginning and end of each business day. Reception Area & Waiting Lounge: • Wipe down all surfaces (desks, coffee tables, chairs) with disinfectant • Vacuum or sweep floors • Disinfect door handles, light switches, and shared surfaces • Empty trash bins and replace liners Studio Shooting Spaces: • Dust and sanitize all equipment touchpoints (light stands, triggers, backdrops, etc.) • Sweep or vacuum floors (especially around backdrop areas) • Tidy up cables and secure loose items • Wipe down any props or surfaces used during the shoot • Disinfect chairs, posing stools, and furniture Client Restroom: • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and mirror • Restock toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels • Take out trash and replace liner • Mop floor with disinfectant
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
