This 1908 loft is perfect for photoshoots and filming. To keep the pricing as low as possible hourly, it can be booked empty, or you can add-on other things like the furniture package, Cstands, Vflats, etc. There are so many zones that have different wall styles. Brick painted white, Brick painted black, Raw Brick, White elegant framed wall, Raw brick with wood beams, Industrial freight elevator (for photos/filming only), Terra Cotta textured wall. I have carefully sourced a ton of great vintage furniture and props you can use as well. There is a spacious Glam Room that connects to a dressing room, which offers a couple of clothing racks, a steamer, a steam iron, an ironing board, and lint roller. There are small space heaters and large oscillating fan towers that can be moved and used as well. The Cyclorama Wall can be added for just $75. it costs time plus materials to paint it fresh for each use. it is painted the day before the booking. There are speakers throughout the space and you can use them when you're logged into the free wifi.
