Health and Safety Measures
Your health and comfort are our top priority. After each booking, our facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following industry standards. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches, etc.) Mopping and vacuuming floors Sanitizing treatment tables, chairs, and shared equipment Cleaning and restocking restrooms and kitchen areas Removing trash and replacing liners Fresh linens and sanitized tools provided for wellness services (when applicable) We kindly ask all guests to leave the space in the same condition it was found. If extra cleaning is required due to excessive mess, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Let us know if you have any special requests or cleanliness concerns—we’re happy to accommodate!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
