Hello! You are looking at a super unique and cozy mezzanine area great for small gatherings and meetings. The space has plenty of chairs to accommodate your guests and is located in a central part of town! We are the 826 Valencia non-profit organization you may have heard of in town. During the week we do free tutoring workshops for under-resources student in the surrounding areas that we're located in. As of recently we have decided to start renting out our space during the weekends in order to support those important programs further. You are responsible for cleaning up after you and your guests. We provide cleaning supplies and trash cans on-site that you can use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
