House Rules Booking Time Includes Set-Up and Breakdown Please book enough time to include your setup and breakdown. Overtime will be charged according to Peerspace policy. Respect the Space Treat the space and equipment with care. Any damages will be the renter’s responsibility. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the studio. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is broken. No Loitering Outside the Building Please keep noise and gatherings confined to inside the studio. Be respectful of neighboring businesses and residents. Music Volume Music is welcome, but must be kept at a reasonable level. This is not a party space. No Unauthorized Guests Only people included in your booking are allowed. Let us know in advance if your group size changes. Outside Food & Drinks Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved for specific productions. Leave It As You Found It Please clean up after your session. A cleaning fee may be applied if excessive mess is left behind. Studio Gear Use Some gear is included; specialty equipment may require add-on fees or approval before use.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
