We have a spacious 2500 sq foot single-family home with a large dining area, living room with a working fireplace, two bathrooms and a full-size kitchen. There is possible access to a piano room, guest bedroom, office and meditation/yoga room. The home has a large outdoor area including a deck in the back, front yard with plants and flowers and a large side yard with fruit trees and a greenhouse. Quite a bit to work with for filming different spaces/scenes in one area. We are centrally located and within a few miles of SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, LAX and Playa Del Rey Beaches.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
