We take cleanliness seriously and ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking. High-touch surfaces are disinfected, all linens and towels are freshly laundered, and shared areas are deep cleaned to maintain a spotless environment. We also air out the space between bookings to keep it feeling fresh and welcoming. If you have specific concerns or requests, we’re happy to accommodate them whenever possible. Your comfort and safety are our top priority.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
