At the heart of the setup is an Apollo x6 interface, a Neve Shelford Channel Strip, and a Neumann microphone — delivering crisp, studio-grade sound you can trust. The space comfortably fits 4–5 people, perfect for small sessions, writing teams, or solo creatives who like to bring a few collaborators. Just one block from the Jefferson L stop, it’s easy to get here and even harder to leave. Studio Cleaning Process To maintain a hygienic, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest, our studio is cleaned thoroughly before and after each session using the following process: Before Each Session ✅ All surfaces disinfected, including desk, chairs, shelves, door handles, and light switches. ✅ Microphones and headphones wiped down with alcohol-based, electronics-safe wipes. ✅ Trash removed and bins lined with fresh bags. ✅ Floors swept and mopped, with extra care around high-traffic areas. ✅ Air circulated via HVAC or open window for at least 10 minutes prior to guest arrival. ✅ Scent-neutralizing spray used (no strong perfumes or heavy fragrances). After Each Session ✅ All high-touch areas sanitized, including door handles, desk, mouse, keyboard, and equipment. ✅ Trash collected and space reset for the next guest. ✅ Final floor check and sweep. Weekly Deep Clean In addition to daily cleaning, we perform a deep clean once per week, which includes: Steam-cleaning or disinfecting seating surfaces. Dusting and wiping down acoustic panels, monitor stands, and behind/under furniture. Full disinfection of all gear racks and accessories. Replacement of any worn cables or accessories.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
