Our Cleaning Commitment At QueenDomme Haus & Studio, Our cleaning process is thorough, intentional, and tailored to the nature of creative work and small event hosting. After every booking, we perform: • Full surface sanitation (all tables, props, and touchpoints disinfected) • Fabric & upholstery refresh (fluffed, sprayed with fabric-safe fresheners, and inspected) • Trash removal and disposal • Floor sweep, mop, and vacuum • Bathroom cleaning • Light restaging and scent reactivation This isn’t a basic sweep — it’s a reset of the royal atmosphere. Cleaning Fee A $55-100 flat cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings based on scope: Booking Type Cleaning Fee Content Creation (2–4 hrs) -depending on type of content) $35-$55 Half/Full-Day Event Use (4+ hrs or food present) $75-$100 Extended Use or Add-On Rooms +$35 per extended use or additional area
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
