Step into the original executive boardroom of the former Jantzen Swimwear HQ, preserved in its full mid-century glory — with original hardwood walls, a custom table seating up to 14, and a hand-painted mural of the "Jantzen World" spanning one full wall. It's the kind of room that does half the work of impressing a client before the meeting even starts. Beyond the character, it's fully outfitted for real work: a large-screen TV for easy streaming with Chrome and Apple direct connect, an OWL 360° camera for video calls and presentations (included in the price), and a whiteboard for live collaboration and working sessions. Direct outdoor access to our fully furnished patio means your group can step outside to reset between sessions — no hunting for a break space or fresh air. A hidden chalkboard tucked behind a wall panel is one more small surprise for anyone who's been in the room before and thinks they've seen it all. Guests have access to our robust beverage service throughout their booking (drip coffee, hot tea, cold brew and kombucha on tap + espresso drinks), and the VIDA Cafe is on-site if anyone needs a snack or another type of beverage to keep the meeting fueled (Cafe items are paid separately). The Vintage Conference Room is located at VIDA Coworking, a locally-owned coworking space designed to Make Life/Work for our members — and you're welcome to use the open coworking space before or after your reserved time (during our staffed hours of 9am–5pm).
