Our contemporary home is private, warm, unique, new, and clean. The private backyard has an in-ground pool surrounded by lush plants, outside functioning bathtubs, outside shower, fire pit, and several large seating areas. The house has an open floor plan with a full kitchen with room for several people cooking in the large space with top-of-the-line stovetops and cookwares. The dining room seats 8 and features comfortable leather chairs and adjustable lighting. All three floors have gas fireplaces and comfortable couches, with TV's setup to Netflix. We are centrally located in Denver next to the University of Denver, close to a diverse selection of restaurants, and a light rail station.
