Cleanliness & Safety Measures Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We maintain high standards of cleanliness before and after every event to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment. Our cleaning protocols include: Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings: All surfaces, seating, restrooms, and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Sanitized Furniture & Fixtures: All velvet seating, bar tops, tables, and lounge furniture are wiped down and refreshed with disinfectant. Kitchen Sanitization: The on-site kitchen is cleaned and sanitized before and after use, whether used for cooking or catering prep. Hand Sanitizer Provided: Hand sanitizing stations are available for guests throughout the space. Post-Event Waste Management: We handle standard post-event cleaning and trash removal. Guests are asked to dispose of excessive trash in provided bins and treat the space respectfully.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
