Health and Safety Measures

At Colab Space, we take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. After your event, shoot, or meeting, our professional cleaning team will take care of the following: 🧼 Post-Rental Cleaning Includes: Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces – tables, chairs, door handles, and countertops Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors Relining all trash bins Disinfecting restrooms and restocking supplies Resetting the space layout to its original setup Our standard $250 cleaning fee covers deep cleaning and disinfecting the space. We kindly ask that guests: Bag their trash and place it in the designated bins outside at the parking lot Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and equipment by the end of the rental

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
